Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

·         The order can be canceled as long as it has not entered the shipping process, through the “Cancel Order” button.

·         You cannot cancel the order if it entered the shipping process, but you can refuse to receive it when the shipping representative contacts for delivery.

·         If the shipping representative arrived at your address and you wanted to refuse receipt, you will have to pay the shipping fees only.

 Cancellation of the High Shopper request :

To cancel the order:

1-   Click on profile menu.

2-   2- Click on your purchase history.

3-   3- Select the order that you want to cancel, if you do not see the item that you want to delete, click on Show More.

4-   4- Click on Delete next to the order that you want to cancel.

Product Return Policy and Terms:

·         Return policy shall apply for a period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt.

·         A valid proof of purchase shall be required during the return period (invoice, order number, etc.).

·         All returned products must be in their original condition (closed in their original purchase packaging with all accessories).

·         Products that are used or incomplete will not be returned.

·         When returning a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned on a separate sheet and attached to the invoice. Please do not write or put any marks on the product's packaging or on the product itself.

·         The customer shall bear the delivery fee for the returned product if there is no manufacturing defect in the product.

·         The amount will be refunded to your balance on your account on the iMazar  website in the form of a voucher or on your credit card in the event of a purchase from a credit card or by money order, after receiving the product and ensuring that it conforms the terms of return.
