We are selling products and provide customers with services through our website www.imazae.com that is specialized in provision of different products through e-marketing for various products belong to multiple divisions via planned methods in order to fulfill wishes and expectations of customers.

We care about full, quick, and accurate cost-effective communication in order to render better services for customers through our first portal of e-marketing.

Terms & Conditions, all policies and additional Terms set out on the website (if applied) provide for the conditions governing your usage of the website, services and applications including our mobile application. (Hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

When using our website iMazar, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

However, these Terms of Use and legal documents are subject to amendment from our part in any time that your continuous usage of website after posting any change, means your approval on these Terms of Use and legal documents amended.

Kindly read these Terms carefully before placing any order to iMazar for E-commerce  that when you place an order to iMazar Online Trading   you agree to abide by these Terms:

·         When you place an order to buy a product from iMazar, a text massage shall be sent to your phone from the carrier to confirm your order receipt and shipping thereof. You can follow up your order shipping from our website or the carrier.

·         As a requirement, you need to consent to receiving bills of sale in an electronic format, which will be submitted in PDF form and made available in your website account.

·         Sale shall be in the same product price mentioned in products list.

·         The product price shall include all taxes subject to all laws applicable in A.R.E. and as per amendments made.

·         The purchaser shall pay charges of delivery, packing, transport, administrative fees, insurance costs, ancillary costs and additional fees only if such charges and costs are clearly mentioned on the product list.

Store Credit and Pricing:

All prices shall include VAT applied.

We provide information on how products sold from our part are available on the website including the information mentioned on each product information page.

Rather than the information mentioned on that page or the website, we can’t provide specific additional information on products availability. When processing your order, we will inform you via e-mail and as soon as possible, whether any of products you ordered is unavailable that we will refund the amounts if you paid the price.
